Top Restaurant on Trip Advisor

Ema del Mar recently celebrated its first anniversary and is ranked the top restaurant in Arad on Trip Advisor. Explaining his restaurant’s popularity, Nicolae Chis says, “Ema del Mar is a small and cosy restaurant, with an outdoor terrace to be enjoyed in the summer, but what we are mainly known for is the exceptional quality of our food and service. Our goal is to offer diners an experience they will not forget.”

The restaurant is a favourite among local and international executives and has earned a very strong brand name in a short time thanks to word-of-mouth advertising. Ema del Mar features a diverse menu which changes regularly to reflect market offerings. Nicolae Chis points out, “We are always creating exciting new dishes. Ema del Mar is also the only non-smoking restaurant in Arad, which our clients really enjoy.”

Building on Ema del Mar’s success, Nicolae Chis aims to modernise the kitchen and expand the restaurant in order to welcome more diners. He is looking for partners and investors to help him reach these goals. He concludes, “I would like to work with a European partner who knows the restaurant business. I am open to new ideas.”
