The Institute’s (Institut du Patrimoine Wallon) mission is to promote the Walloon heritage to the widest possible audience and to assist owners of special properties as well as possible investors. More than 2500 of historic monuments are situated all across Wallonia and a lot of them can be potential investment opportunities. Thus, the renovated historic objects can serve not only for cultural purposes, but also for business related activities.
