One of the Leading Production Houses in Latvian Broadcasting

Red Dot Media is a full-service production house. In only five years they have become one of the leading production houses in Latvian film and broadcasting.

One of the most notable products from Red Dot Media is the weekly investigative journalism program ‘Nothing Personal’ on TV3 Latvia, which is constantly in the top ten most watched TV programs in Latvia. ‘Nothing Personal’ has also established itself as a newsmaker, which is being quoted and debated about every week.

The same popularity is witnessed for films (fiction and documentary) produced by Red Dot Media. They have produced several documentaries and they are also in post-production on their first feature film ‘Modris’. It is a trilateral co-production with Germany and Greece, where Red Dot Media is the delegate producer. Besides the EU Media film development support and Germany’s NRW2 Film Fund, Red Dot Media also received the Eurimages fund for production, which makes it the only production company in Latvia receiving this fund as a delegate producer. The project has attracted an international crew, including the Oscar nominated director of photography, Bogumil Godfrejow. The premiere of ‘Modris’ is planed for early 2014.
