The three star property’s location, next to Central Park and just minutes away from Brasov Citadel and Council Square, allows visiting business and leisure travellers to experience some of the charm that has made Brasov one of Romania’s tourist Meccas. The hotel has worked hard since its opening to cultivate strong relationships with the local business community. “When we opened up, we had a cocktail hour attended by the Mayor and 30 major CEOs of the biggest companies in the area,” CEO Cristian Tatu explains. “All 30 major companies that were invited are now our partners because it’s not hard to sell a good product and they have a need that we can fill. They need to house their clients, their partners, and employees – especially the high profile ones – in a very good place. Armatti Hotel offers them that.”

Although the Armatti Hotel is officially classified as a three star property, there are a number of amenities that have contributed to the hotel’s success. “Because our location is so central, many of our guests don’t expect us to offer free parking,” Cristian Tatu explains, “but we do.” With cardio equipment for fitness buffs, a full service bar, and meeting rooms on site, the Armatti Hotel has found a way to cater to travellers visiting Brasov for both business and leisure. “During the week, Monday through Friday, our attention is on corporate clients. And during the weekend we have primarily leisure clients. We’re really able to serve both segments.”

Although a relative newcomer to the Brasov hotel scene, Armatti Hotel Brasov has already built quite an impressive following. Having garnered more than 250 reviews on Booking.com since it’s opening in 2013, the hotel’s rating stands at 9.3 out of ten, putting it comfortably above internationally branded as well as five star properties in the city. Although scarcely a year has passed since the hotel opened its doors, there’s no doubt that the Armatti Hotel will be a fixture on the Brasov hotel scene for years to come.
