Tailor made offers and 24-hours support

One of the pillars of the group’s business is operational leasing. The operational leasing market in Romania is low compared to western countries; however the industry observed a double digit growth in the past three years. An important part of this market increase comes from small and medium companies. New Kopel Group strategy follows this trend and offers SMEs the advantages enjoyed by large corporations: contractual terms, customer service and applied solutions.

While most of the group’s leasing business is with corporate customers, its car-hire business is mainly used by executive travellers. The company offers cars for a rental rate from €9.99/day during weekends, which helps increase the volume of tourists. Additionally, for those corporate clients who are not confident enough to commit to a lease, New Kopel Group allows them to start with a short-term rental and, within a given time, convert this into an operational lease contract, service that is perfectly suitable for Start Ups, SME’s and projects.

Another important pillar for New Kopel Group is the retail division for new and used cars. “In 2015 we increased our operational leasing portfolio by more than 20%; our car rental division by 24% and our car retail by 40%. 2016 looks even better”, Hezi Shayb emphasizes. “We really offer an added value to our clients. Our tailored made offers are set to fit their demands”, he adds.
