Construction Sector Leader Playing Major Role in National Development

Alb-Building, a privately held limited Albanian company, was founded in 1994 to provide world class construction services in the Albanian market. The company owns three asphalt plants and maintains an extensive equipment storage and maintenance facility.” He adds that Alb-Building has
also made major investments in new technologies, including a recent investment of some €10 million in state of the art technologies and machinery imported from top German suppliers.

Open to new joint venture partnerships

Alb-Building continues to grow and is looking to get involved in some major power projects in Albania. Odhise Bresha explains, “We are currently vying for at least five hydroelectric power plant (HPP) projects. Alb-Building aims to play an integral role in the construction of ‘green’ solutions for producing energy here in Albania.
